House Cleaning Services
We cater our services to fit each persons individual needs. We use all
of our own environmentally safe cleaning products and we also supply all
equipment. We have had a chemist design and private label most of our
cleaning products.
Our employees are drug tested and we do criminal background checks on
them. We do not subcontract. This is important because it leaves you not
responsible for payroll taxes and workers compensation.
Every one of our employees is trained on the proper methods of cleaning
in the most efficient way.
We do team cleaning for your protection as well as our staffs
protection. Our employees are paid by the hour not a commission.
Clients looking for an on going service are charged a flat rate per
cleaning time. The first time that we clean your home it will usually
cost more. After that time the rate will be the same per visit. One of
our estimators will be glad to give you a free no obligation bid on your
home.
For clients looking for a special one time clean or move in or out
clean, we also do provide this type of service. For this service we do
not come to your home and do a bid. These are done by the hour working
your priority list. You can put a ceiling on the time that you will
allow us. We will work until we either get done or run out of the time
that you allot us. We charge $40.00 per hour per maid with a $80.00 or 2
hour minimum.
